I recently had the chance to photograph these beautiful people (and great friends of mine) in Noosa where they had chosen to escape from Victoria’s winter (I can’t blame them!). Verity is a brilliant photographer from Ginger and Mint Photography in Melbourne. It’s always extra special for me photographing another photographer’s family as they are so often left out of photos as they are too busy behind the lens themselves – I know the feeling. LOL.
Gorgeous Harriet was the perfect age for photos – lots of giggles, fascinated with the sand and the waves between her toes – and cracked herself up by crawling at top speed away from us and towards the water.
I love the way the light continues to change dramatically through this session as the sun goes down and how it effects the colour of the images. It tells a real story.
Lots of fun that’s for sure. And Noosa – well – it’s paradise.
