As a child Troy suffered from Lukemia. When I found this out I thought that it had no doubt played a role in the wonderful and caring bloke he has grown into today. There were only a few dry eyes left in the room when Troy mentioned this during speeches and my eyes weren’t the dry ones- I can promise you!
Kristy and Troy met by chance one day at the Sorrento pub and instantly took a liking to each other. I actually can’t imagine them not being together because they just compliment each other so perfectly.
Their wedding was originally going to be in Echuca but due to many different circumstances their plans and the date were changed and it ended up being a Melbourne wedding. It really didn’t matter where it was going to be – I was just thrilled to be a part of it and I know the guests felt exactly the same way. They are just the kind of people who are nice to be around.
We did our location photos before the ceremony and were lucky enough to have the use of a stunning private residence in Toorak. This house not only had a wine cellar but a lift to take us down to it- unreal! I loved the moment that Troy and Kirsty got to see each other for the first time- it gives me goosebumps every time I look at the pics.
We then headed to The Beaumaris for the ceremony and reception. The gorgeous flowers were done by Amos and Smith.
Gorgeous couple. Fabulous day.
Enjoy!
