canola on sunset- an AMAZING opportunity!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m so excited about this- I have the most wonderful opportunity for one of my lucky couples!!

One very beautiful thing about spring is fields of flowering canola- it’s a breathtaking sight! I have gained access to a such a gorgeous canola crop in Sunbury – just 10 mins from Melbourne Airport and I am wanting to photograph an Engagement Session in the canola while the sun sets. How awesome does that sound???

I only have one time available and it’s 5pm this Friday 9th September. If you have booked your wedding with me and have not yet signed up for your Engagement Session then this is the opportunity for you.

The first person to email me on elisegowphotography@yahoo.com will secure the session. First in best dressed!!!

Below are some photos I took at David & Vanessa’s wedding last year in gorgeous canola. It’s just devine.

Go go go!!!!

  1. BEAUTIFUL!! such a great opportunity! I have a quick question, does the canola stain the dress/clothes?

Hi Steph- Great question! When I have shot with canola in the past- I have always chosen slightly ‘patchy’ parts which you can make look like your subject in right in the middle of it but they are not actually touching it. IE- They are standing in the patchy area where there is hardly any canola and I am shooting from the other side of the canola and back through to the subjects. I’m not sure if it does stain- I’m usually the one brushing up against it and I haven’t had any probs but not sure I would risk it with a bride! Hope that helps. E.
